What does it mean when you have white spots on your finger nails!? I have a few and my friend has a lot!. We just wanted to know why they are there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've heard it could be from a lack of calcium!.!.!.but more often than not!.!.it will happen when you have bumped the cuticle on your finger!. You've then damaged the new nail growth!. It will grow out!. If the appearance bothers you, drugstores have a nail polish that is neutral and it will cover the spots!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
These white spots are the classical symptom of a zinc deficiency!. There is plenty of zinc in red meat, oysters, mussels and nuts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
they're most likely calcium spots!. it usually means that you either have too much calcium in your diet, or not enough!
