I'm so overheated, how can I cool down?!

Question: I'm so overheated, how can I cool down!?
At night my room is always so hot!.

I have the air conditioner on, and I have my fan on 24/7 but it doesn't help!. I'm so overheated and hot and I can't cool off!. I try drinking water, I wear only shorts and a tank top, and I don't know what else to do!.

I don't see how ice would help either because it'd only cool off my face!. I can't go to sleep, can anyone help me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

turn or the AC very low!. and turn your pillow to the other side and switch off because the pillow is always colder on the other side!. Tank tops etc!. do help also!. The cold points on your body are your wrists and neck!. So take a sweatband and freeze it and put them around your wrists if needed for a few minutes!. And do a cold rag around your neck!. Then put one leg out of the cover and one it!. (weird I know but it works!.) open doors in your room to get some air going circulating through your room!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ever ride in a car and have super size ice cold drink in between your legs!? Best way to cool down fast!!!!! Wrap a bag of ice from the fridge in a thin towel, and go to bed with that wedged in between your legs, by your crotch!. I'm not trying to be disgusting!. Try it, it works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

An appropriate answer would be to sleep without the covers, or remove all "hot" garments!.

Also try grabbing two ziplock bags, adding a few cubes of ice to each and then sticking them under your armpits!. This helps me out sometimes when I'm going to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
