What can cause dizzy spells?!
Question: What can cause dizzy spells!?
I think they're dizzy spells!.!.!. i had two today in the course of 6 or more hours!. I would just blink once and be nearly falling over or falling off a seat without realizing!. It feels like i have blacked out for less than a second and "woken up" to find myself falling!.

dizzy spells and fainting can be signs of health disorders like anemia!. if you are anemic then its really common so can be controlled but obviously you have to go to your doctor, if youre sure youre getting the right amount of sleep and good food then book an appointment asap!. xWww@Answer-Health@Com
have u eaten!? u need to make sure ur drinking enough fluids and also eating regularly!.!. be sure to have a lolly or something sweet if u feel dizzy again!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
