Question: Does cutting a pill in half affect how it works!?
My mom gave me these vitamin pills for xc and they are huge! I could never take one ever!. So if I were to cut it in half and then take them would it work not as good!?
Also a bonus question would be why is there cotton inside pill bottles!?

cutting a TABLET in half will not change its effect on you!. Chop away!.
If its a capsule, however, and things spill out of the center, don't put those things in your mouth!. You need the coating to protect your tongue!.
They put cotton into pill bottles to keep the tablets from rattling around and breaking during shipping!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can cut it or crush it unless it says not to crush!. I put a pill in one spoon and crush with the other by placing it on top and pushing down!. Dont' know the cotton answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
