Question: Why am i always cold!!?

Im always cold!

My hands and feet and arms are always cold!

I always have to have a blanket with me or a sweat shirt on its crazy!.

Whenever some one touches my hand there like wow your hands are really cold

Its not fun

I love taking HOTT showers tho it feels so good to get into a hot shower especially when your bodys freakin cold

you answered my question about thighs earlier and you may always be cold because you only weigh 108 and are 5'6"!.People who weigh that little tend to get cold easier!.

Yeah, poor circulation is often the common culprit!. Are you an active person!. Maybe this will help with circulation and increasing the metabolism may help also!.

Are you quite thin!? Increasing the body mass too is suppose to keep the body warmer as insulation!. Preferably muscle not fat!.

My housemate is into Chinese medicine and alternative stuff like that!. She recommends certain foods to equalize body temperature, something you might want to look into!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
