ok im 5'4 nd im 12!.i started 'aunt flo' in 5th grade!.!.!.!.she said that i wont grow anymore!.!.!.!.!.

I definitely see some growth spurts in your future!! Your parents are tall, and you will grow till age 21! It's true! Your Auntie is wrong!. Why would she say such a thing!?! Anyway, here are some tips to help you along the way:
Drink 3 glasses of any kind of milk daily!.
Eat lots of protein and veggies!. V-8 juice or Fusion are fine!. Lots of chicken and fish and meat, eggs, cheese, nuts!. Veggies frozen, raw, canned, or steamed!. All good!.
Get outside and exercise! Basketball is great, or a brisk walk or running!. As long as you want!
Stand up straight! Good posture can add 2 inches!.
Be thankful for all the good things in your life!.

You are probably done growing!. I also did in fifth grade!. My mom is about 5'2" or 5'3" and my dad is about 5'9", so doctors predicted I would be about your height now, perhaps slightly under 5'4"!. I was on a medicine for asthma (Advair) that my doctor prescribed to me when I was ten - the drug had not yet been approved for use on kids my age - and it stunted my growth!. Because the doctor neglected to monitor my growth and never informed us of the side-effects, I'm now fifteen years old and stuck at 5'0"!. It's hard, but it's a good kind of hard; you can learn from it and become stronger!.
As a poster above said, after about a year or two of having your period, your growth plates slowly begin to fuse together and close, stopping further vertical growth (height)!.

No, it's not true!. Your only 12 yrs old and your parents are very tall so the chance are you can still grow tall to 5'8 to 5'9!. We stop growing at age 25 years old!. Just do more exercise and eat healthy food and drink lots of milk you will be grow faster!. Sometime we stop grow in certain age for 1 year to 2 year but after 1 or 2 years we grow very fast again!. Girls usually stop growing at the age of 18 but don't expect to shoot up to extreme heights!.!.!.but the down side is that when you get older, like 60's or 70's, you will stat to shrink because your bone density decreases!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you have finished puberty and got girly hips etc!. and its about 2 years since your periods began they you are probably just about finished growing taller too!.!.We cant all be tall like models some of us have to settle for being petite!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
