Without additional symptoms or examination it is impossible to determine - anything from mumps to mono and sensitivity to allergens is possible!. However, choking as a symptom suggests you see your physician for examination!. The more serious potential causes are better resolved the earlier detected and harmless causes become easier to tolerate when you are not worried about what it might be!. It would be a risk NOT to see your physician!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

This happens to me!. Check to see if you have Myotonic Dystrophy!. It is a mild muscle wasting condition!. There are muscles in your throat to help you swallow!. Try not to eat close to bedtime!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you sleep with your mouth open, your mouth will get really dry!. I know this because I do! Try keeping some water near your bed!. If it doesnt get better then definitely contact your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may be dehydrated, make sure you're drinking plenty of water and maybe have a glass to take sips at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
