Question: What is that inside my nose!?

I thought it was a booger for a long time, but it's attached!.

Most likely it will be a benign neoplasm of some description!. Probably a papilloma (benign, so please don't worry)!. It has probably been evolving over the course of years!. It will likely be something with epithelial origins, no doubt!. Have your doctor check it out to be sure, and try not to worry!.
