Zyrtec(certraline) and Tylenol(acetaminophen) are of 2 different drug classes!. Zyrtec is an H2 antagonist (anti-histamine) and tylenol is an analgesic(pain killer)

both mixed together will be fine!. remember, do not exceed 8 tylenol in a day because it WILL damage your liver!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
