Question: Shoulder joint is sore whats wrong!?
Yesterday I was moving my arm and it randomly pops out but then i popped it back in, but it wasnt like dislocated, idk!. now its really sore, what did i do, is it bruised!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had a hospital appointment today with exactly the same thing!. If you have the same as me then the bone popping in and out is causing inflammation of the bursa - a pocket of fluid in the shoulder joint!. You need to rest it as much as possible!. Take Ibuprofen or another anti inflammatory tablet!. I didn't rest mine and today I had to have a pain killing injection into the joint!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
