The best thing to do is regulate it now!. If you fall asleep at 6AM then wake up by 10AM, and stay up all day!. This way your body will be tired by the end of the day!. Get up early again the next day, and go to sleep at a decent time that night!. Do this a few times and your sleeping pattern will regulate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sleep can affect you in soooo many ways it's not even funny!. There have been conclusive studies done that say people who have regular sleep schedules perform better on tests!!
My suggestion is to go to sleep at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every day (weekends do count as every day)!. If you wake up within an hour of those times you'll feel better and be healthier!. When you commit to a wake-up time, stick to it and do everything you can to stay awake!. Not napping also helps people sleep more through the night and fall asleep quicker!
Tricks I've used, and somewhat Mom remedies: laying face up, putting one arm above your head and bending the opposite knee; tense every single muscle in your body (toes, lips, jaw, etc) all at once for a few seconds and release - your body will get tired; find a comfortable position, and consciously lay absolutely still, not moving a muscle, just focus on laying still; read a tech manual, or a self-help book, they put me to sleep very fast!.
Why do you go to sleep so late!?

Exercise cardio in the day, eat a while before you go to sleep, jac* off right before - always works!.

(unless you want to take pills which I don't recommend)Www@Answer-Health@Com

stay up for like 24 hours so your really tired and then go to bed at an appropriate time then the pattern will be broken Www@Answer-Health@Com
