If your pain is truly "unbearable" you need to go to a doctor!. Gas pains are short lived and travel and don't last very long, especially if you lie down on your stomach for a bit!. It sounds like you have something else entirely!. You could be causing serious damage to you stomach!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
