No bleeding is not normal for a urinary tract infection!. That means you might have blood in your urine that is highly infected!. No it can not clear up without antibiotics to clear the infection in your bladder!. I would recommend going to the doctors office as soon as you can just to take care of it!. Also start drinking 10 to 12 glasses of water and cranberry!. Switch off every other glass!. That will start cleaning out your system but you still need antibiotics!. Bleeding can be a symptom of a UTI, it usually indicates that the urethra (tube that transports the urine) is inflamed due to infection!. yes, it is normal to pass blood with a uti!. i would suggest going to the drs!. office for a prescription to fight the bacteria as soon as possible!. you don't want it moving to your kidneys!. for future reference, go get some cranberry pills as the drug store to take daily or when you start to feel symptoms!. There's nothing normal with UTI and bleeding on top of that too! You have to get a script for antibiotics to clear this up!. But I strongly advice for you to see a doctor!.!.!.go to a free clinic if money is an issue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
