Depends on what you are trying to accomplish!. Are you acne prone!? If so then use an neutrogena acne wash twice a day and a benzoyl peroxide gel or cream if you are breaking out!. Otherwise if you skin is normal you only need to wash the face morning and at night!. Astrigents, and pore cleansers are not necessary!. If you have issues with blackheads go see the dermatologist to get some retin-a type creams to get them out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I wash my face 2 times a day but anything with like saline product for acne i use once a day because it serverlly drys out my skin!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
