I sneeze blood when ever I am coughing or have sinus!.The drug damage is complex, see it's not the drug that does the nose damage, it's the glass!. When yousnort cocaine or anything they mix glass into it so that it cuts your nose a little bit so that the drugs are abosrbed into your blood stream, those cuts are micro and dont really heal, that could be itWww@Answer-Health@Com
There are small veins in your sinus area (NOSE ,EYE , EAR area) I believe they are called capillary veins!. These are very small and in some people fragile!. So most likely you have just burst a small vein in your nose!. maybe snorting of powder has weakened these veins!. Lay off the white stuff save some money and ur life!.
If however you are talking a large amount of blood then possibly you have a serious problem and should contact a Doctor or Nurse!.

Have you injured your nose recently!? If you've banged it or bruised it, it's possible that blood from your nose as mixed up with your mucus, and you've sneezed it up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'm not a doctor or anything but from what I know, bleeding isnt a problem unless it keeps happening since blood clots and would stop the blood from coming out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
