How do I know if I am listening to my headphones too loud?!

Question: How do I know if I am listening to my headphones too loud!?
Answers:
Using a basis of whether or not you can hear the music with the headphones of is moot!. There are many brands of headphones where the music is nearly as audible on the outside as they are on the inside at all volume levels!. If the sound begins to distort and crackle, they are definitely too loud!. If you at any point in the day get a strange ringing or feel that things don't sound as they normally should, then they are too loud!. Also if when you remove them after listening for a period of time it feels like you have a slight itch inside your ear, that is a good indication that something is being damaged!. I've never had this happen while wearing headphones but my old car stereo system used to do that to me and I have certainly damaged my hearing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you should be aware of your surroundings!.!.!.and if someone calls your name, you should be able to hear it!. Oh, and try taking them off, and playing a song, to see if you can hear the song!. If you can't, they're fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If the headphones are on and someone next to you tells you they can hear the music then you know it's too loud!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
