Worried about my friends sleeping health?!

Question: Worried about my friends sleeping health!?
Ok so i am worried about my friend!. She is 15 and is healthy but she can't really sleep!. She told me that when she sleeps that she doesn't feel like she is because she has really brain-freaking out dreams and it feels like her brain is working to hard when she dreams and never gets a good night sleep!.

another thing!.!.!.!.One night she woke up to find that she was on the phone with her boyfriend, and he told her that she was screaming about this man coming to kill her and stuff!.

i just mite be freaking out but she hasn't slept normally for like ever!.

i just mite be a worry wort but i don't want her to rely on pills for sleeping you know!? is there something that i can tell her to do!?!?!?

(i tryed the whole going to the doctor thing but she will not hear me out)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
She is definitely experiencing anxiety or stress, or likely, both!. Even if she doesn't appear to be stressed or anxious, it is likely the problem!. I experienced this throughout my parents' divorce and relationship with a less than perfect boyfriend!. I didn't feel stressed or anxious but I was often nauseous after meals and unable to sleep, I had troubles concentrating in school!. I started eating healthier, eventually going completely vegetarian, practising yoga, and waiting out the divorce!.
Writing helped a lot too, writing your day to day troubles and then saving them, throwing them away, burning them, sending them what ever, as long as you get it out on paper its out of your head!. Maybe your friend could try this approach!. I hope everything works out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

One of my football teammates had something that sounds simiilar!. He had Sleep Apnea which seems to be serious!. He got a medical mask to sleep in at night and it worked, but he could not stand wearing it at night!. Then he heard about something that would not be cumbersome at night!. It is something which is 1 800 !?!?!? mask!. Check the late night infomercials and see if it would help!. I have heard from my doctor who said it seemed interesting, but I do not know what that meanssince I am not a doctor either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

She is too stressed!.
Dreams is your brain's way of proccessing thoughts/memories/experiences!.
I used to be like that too, but I got tired of it, and owned up to everything that stressed me out, and I started getting better sleep!.
Also, tell her to try meditation, or doing something relaxing right before bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
