I got braces yesterday and i cannot eat!?!


Question: I got braces yesterday and i cannot eat!!?
It is soo hard to eat and it hurts soo bad!
I need to eat, because I am soo hungry!
What foods are good to eat for like breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for the first couple weeks of having braces!.
And what foods should I start to bring for lunch because I do not buy and I do not know what foods to bring that I could eat that are soft enough!?

I used to LOVE these! My sister once got in a boogey boarding accident (hah) and so her lip was torn and she had to get stitches so she was led to Carnation Instant Breakfast! (and I ate them anyway becuase they tasted so good) And then when we got braces we also used them!

Here is the link for them, it looks like they have alot more smoothies now and varieties, we used to drink the chocolate but anyway, these are great for the first week at least and then applesauce, chopped up bananas, pudding and such are the way to go!

Well!.!.!.!. Anything SOFT !! Smoothies rock cause you can add in protein and other needed vitamins to them if you have a Jamba Juice near you!.!.!. it will become your best friend!.!.!. also apple sauce, mashed potatoes, french fries, yogurt, pudding!.!.!.!.

When i got brace the first two weeks i ate baby food, apple sauce, bananas, rice, jellow, ice crean, yogart, and water ice Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your mouth is just not used to them, they will get used to them after a few days!. Also, avoid chewing gum or sticky stuff!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are now force to live on liquid sustenance for the next week!. milkshakes will be your best friend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anything not too hard since you are getting used to them!
I would say Yogurt, Salad and Ice cream!
