Why do i have trouble sleeping?!


Question: Why do i have trouble sleeping!?
hi im a teenager and i go to bed at around 9-10pm i can never sleep right away and it take me 30 minutes or more to actually fall asleep!. i also never sleep in in the morning my latest time i sleep till is 8am and that is very rare i usually wake up at 7am!. can you please tell me whats wrong and what i can do to sleep better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I recommend setting up a sleep schedule where you go to bed every night at 10 and wake up every morning at 6 (including weekends)!. This will put you in a natural sleep rhythm!. Also try to stay out of bright lights or watch tv/computer 1 hour before you go to bed!. As a last resort you can take melatonin a half hour before you go to bed!. Talk to your doctor before doing this though!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

that's ok cause kids have a harder time fall-in asleep cause they love playing and adults work a lot so they sleep easier cause there tired!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
