Can water from a different area have an effect on skin and hair? 10 points?!

Question: Can water from a different area have an effect on skin and hair!? 10 points!?
I usually have good skin(I break out once in a while, but my skin usually glows and is very moisturized)!. My hair is usually full and easy to manage, but ever since I moved to a different area I noticed that my skin has become dull and my hair is extremely oily!. I was just wondering if it could be that the water from the shower is different from where I used to live and its causing these changes!? And will I ever adjust to it or will it be like this forever!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first posters are right!. There is a difference in water qualities in every city, often even within the city!. My hair and skin goes all weird when I visit my sister who lives in another state so I deal with a different climate as well!.

You may want to consider getting some sort of water softening system!.!.!.if you're allowed!.

If not, you'll need to start searching for different hair and skin products!. Sometimes, all you need to do is get different products to equal out the differences!. You could start off by using some of those products made specifically for swimmers and chlorine-affected hair!. That will at least get some healthiness back into your locks and get some of the chemical imbalances straightened out!. It will probably take at least a year for your hair and body to get used to the change in the water!. That's about how long it took mine when we moved a few years ago!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, if the water is different you will have touble with your skin, and especially the hair!. Check into water filtration systems, keeping out iron, lime and calcium/salts or whatever is in 'hard water'!.

Using MORE shampoo and more liquid body wash or soap will help first!. It gives your body less surface tension for the chemicals and minerals to cling to, as you must ultimately rinse off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, because in different areas water is harder or softer!. Where I live you can tell the difference in taste with water closer to the city, and its only about 5 miles away!. I'm not sure if it will get any better in time, sorryWww@Answer-Health@Com
