its going to be a long ride and i HATE those but ive been looking forward to this for a while and cant sleep! any tips to deal with long trips (9 hours+) and the anxiety!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well there are a few ways to chill!. My first thought would be to do some light exercise - a great way to calm oneself!. Masturbation is another way to shake of the anxiety!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Relax! Have something to read, eat, or anything you could do during your travel!. play PSP, listen to MP3, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
