Stomach Flu or High Stress?!

Me and my mom are having a debate on whether or not she had the stomach flu or stress!. She's 50 and Im 17 so she has more life experience but I think she has the stomach flu!.
Her symptoms:
Throwing up 8-10 times
Diarea or however you spell it
Stomach ache for 1-2 days
100!.7 fever for about 2 hours
She has previously thrown up 1-2 times when she's stressed but never to this extent!.
So do you think it's HIGH stress or stomach flu!? Www@Answer-Health@Com
