Can I be prescribed/take antidepressants without parents knowledge?!

Question: Can I be prescribed/take antidepressants without parents knowledge!?
I'm looking into getting help for being depressed or whatever's wrong with me!. I'm sixteen and a half, and I don't want my parents to know that I'm feeling like this, because A) I'm too afraid to tell them, and B) it's mostly because of them, and it'll just cause more problems with them!. I have a brother who's 21, and I know that he'll take me to the doctor or whoever I need to go to to help with this, and I've got a really close friend who volunteered, too!.
I'd rather keep suffering like this than go through my parents!. They're having too many troubles with each other, my grandma, and my whole family life in general, and I don't think it would end good if I told them that I think I need medication!.
I live in Manitoba, Canada, if it makes any difference!.

As well as wondering if it's possible to go without my parents to get this, and not notifying them about it, is it possible to not have them notified about it!? I know I'm not an adult yet, but I'm over the age of consent here (14 or 16, I'm not sure which) and I know that this is what I really need!.
I don't want anyone coming here and saying that if I'm not adult enough to go through my parents then I'm not adult enough to do this, or anything like that!. You'll be reported the first flame that I see!.
Thanks for any help from anyone =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Not a drug like paxil, prozac, etc!. those have to be monitored closely at the first of treatment so your parents would have to be notifiedWww@Answer-Health@Com
