My stomach is hurting should i eat tylenol ?!

tylenol is really bad 4 you!.!.!.it has chemicals in the pill!. there arent that many tylenol commercials so you dont really know what the side effects r!.!.!.!.u should really look into organic medicine or nutaural herbs!. they are 4 times better for you and without the chemicals and side-effects

if your stomach is hurting you should drink plenty of water, your bowels probably need to move!.!. unless you are having period cramps, then its ok to take a couple of tylenol but don't eat them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
