How do you wake yourself up without caffeine and for free or cheap?!


Question: How do you wake yourself up without caffeine and for free or cheap!?
I just want to beat a friend in a contest we always do to see who can stay up the longest!.
The rules are:
1!. You can use anything BESIDES caffeine or sugar!.
2!. You cant take any pills!.
3!. If you fall asleep before 24 hours pass the winner cant pull the worst prank they can think of!.

I haven't won yet and his pranks are BAD can anyone help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here are the things I did when I stayed up for 36 hours:

Light exercises (push ups, sit ups, etc!.)

Splashing cold water on my face!.

I stayed really busy too!.

Drank a lot of water (you're not sleeping if you're up peeing half the night)

I played some internet games!.

I watched a lot of TV!.

Every time I got the least bit tired I would get on my feet and do ANYTHING I could think of!.

Eating (Something chewy is a plus because your jaw has to work harder to chew it!. Apples do a good job too!.))

I kept all the lights on!.

During the day I went outside!. I don't know how that kept me awake, but everytime I went inside I got tired again!.

take showers, drink alot, listen to loud fast music (rap hip hop rock ect), keep the blood flowing so every now and then strech and do a few pushup and situps (not enough to tire you out but enough to get your heartrate up)
dont use the computer cuz it hurts your eyes after about 6 hours and then once you close your eyes your done!.!.!.!.tv is good, do stuff that grabs your attention and you lose track of time with!.!.!.for me thats watching movies, tv , playing video games, and eat :) good luck

coffee is great and tastes great!.!.
but apples are proven to be more effective of waking people up in the morning than coffee!.!. they may not be the most tasty thing ever but cut up a few slices and see if it works!.!.!. also showers always wake me up!.!. or wash your face!.!. eyedrops can also help refresh your eyes in the mornign!.!. and that often tends to be a problem in the morning becuase ou dont want to open them!.!. try visine!.!. or rhotos!.!. it has a tingly cool mint feeling!.!.

when you wake up go outside and breath in some fresh air and let the sunlight into your room because it wakes up your brain and gets things moving!. showers always work for me too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
