Years ago I took 3 Nytol tablets, I thought they wouldn't be that strong cos they're over the counter!. Anyway my husband couldn't wake me up until 3pm the next day, my face were a bit puffy and didn't feel quite 'with it' but shouldn't have too much effect really- just take the day off work tomorrow- especially if you're a brain surgeon ha ha! Depends is it over the counter or Rx!. If it is over the counter I would think you will just be real tired!. That is usually just Bendryl and you can take alot of that without over dosing!. If it is a Rx call your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
