Cigarettes are legal and so is salvia, but salvia is like a mini acid trip so I don't recommend it!.!.!.

there is such a long list of plants that can be smoked and will give you a relaxed feeling - just to start the list off: damiana, lionstail, passionflower will help you give up the nicotine if you smoke that!.!. brilliant in a late night tea to aid sleeping!.
