My sister hit her head while drunk!?!

my sister was pretty drunk on sat night she hit her head hard where the hair line is, there is a bump that it purple red with weird spots on it, we tried to take her to the emergency to make sure she was ok but she refused we just couldnt get her there, we we took her home to watch her, on the way home she was dizzy headaches and she said her voice sounded funny like fuzzy, we watched her and she went to sleep ok, the next day she felt sick and tired with headaches and today she still feels sick and life less with headache her tummy is aching, she has kept food and water down both days, her lump is looking better

could this be concussion !? or hangover!? why is she still feeling sick!?

i knwo she should have went to the hospital but we couldnt get her there, she refused , we did what we could for her at the time
