your right anorexia IS an illness NOT associated with being skinny although a lot of anorexic women ARE!.!. size 0 is just WAY too damn small in my opinion, i don't like fragile small girls!.!.lol girls that get that small to think they'll look better actually look WORSE in my opinion, a walking skeleton!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Most people believe that to be anorexic, you have to be thin, yet it is not that at all!. A man or woman of 25st could be anorexic as it is not the size of the person that determins the illness but their problem with food and how they see themselves!.
Docters are also partly to blame as they are unlikly to help a girl suffering from this illness unless they are under something like 6st and her periods have stopped!.
It is an idea that people have created!. Some people will say "your so anorexic" meaning someone is skinny, not realising that it is an illness not baised on how slim someone is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some people can stop dieting at size 0, some can't stop (as you say it's an illness) and will continue to diet excessively!. Some anorexics may stay size 0 - I have a friend who is a "recovered" anorexic and she will always be underweight, but isn't really ill any more as she doesn't want to lose any more weight!.
It depends on the person's mental state and their attitude to their body, weight and food - it's a fine balance and it doesn't take much to upset it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In general they are not associated, but think about it, 0 makes -2 sense on the size scale, mine as well just say 20, lol, but thats why!.
Other than that, I'd have to say size 0 shouldn't be, becuase anorexia is just skin and bone, you can still have meat and were a 0Www@Answer-Health@Com
