I'm in a sticky situation...please please help.?!
Question: I'm in a sticky situation!.!.!.please please help!.!?
my sister is going to an out-of-state college in a few weeks and she is and has done weed before!. not just at parties, but by herself in her room!. she even has a weed case!. i'm really scared!. she's told me she's done other drugs too!. she claims she doesn't do it "often" but she used to!. i hate bad drugs and hope i will never be under the influence!. although, i am younger than my sister!. problem is, my mum doesn't know!. i want to tell her but my sister had once said before "DON'T TELL MUM!" i really want to tell my mum but i don't want to ruin our trust!. and i know the drugs are jeopardizing her health!. my sister isn't a druggy, she just does them once in a while (or at least she claims that she does it once in a while)!. what do i do!? should i wait to tell my mum until she's in college!? please please help!. sticky situation here!. i really appreciate it (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't say how old you are, but you sound pretty smart!. You are even aware enough about people that use drugs, to know that they are not always very truthful!.
I would tell your sister that you are worried about her and you know she'll be mad, but you would rather her be mad than dead!. So if she would like you can both go to your Mum but if she doesn't want to go you will go anyhow!. You know part of the disease of chemical dependency is not wanting to have anyone come between us and our drug of choice, if she gets hurting doing drugs you'll will be saying If only I did!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. How much can your sister get from her first semester in college, if she's numbing her brain with marijuana or whatever!?!?!? College is hard to begin with, without being high!.
Confronting the person is the first part of them getting off drugs and getting on with their life!. Better now when she is only using once and awhile, then her becoming a full blown drug addict!. Good luck ReggiWww@Answer-Health@Com

wait till your sis goes off to college then tell you mom about it!. Have your mom tell your older sister that she (your mom) was cleaning her room and found something like a little bit of weed!. That way you can play it off that you didn't say anything and that your mother found it!. I'm sure your mom will go along with it!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you can, explan to your mom the situation while she is getting high in her room!. Ask your mom to make it look like she "walked in" on her smoking!. that way u can tell ur mom without any harm to your trust!.

I wouldn't say anything bc your sister is oviously old enough to make her own decisions whether right or wrong!. if you tell you might jepordize your relationship!. if she doesn't do them often it's probably just a phase, if it changes or she gets badly addicted then maybe say say something thenWww@Answer-Health@Com
