How can you tell if you are double jointed?!

Question: How can you tell if you are double jointed!?

I KNOW ALREADY that it is really HYPERMOBILITY!. I'm not asking for a freaking lecture!. I just want to know if there are any ways to figure out if you're double jointed without having to compare yourself to another person!. And I'm talking about all parts of your body!. Not just the hands!. (I am also not looking for an explanation such as "you can bend yourself in weird ways!.") Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
