Yes, the THC (the chemical in marijuana that causes the high sensation) can enter the blood stream through second hand smoke!. If you are in a room with people smoking, you will get what is known as a contact high!. It can show up, but it doesn't stay in your system forever, and it should be out of the system in a few weeks!. If you are very worried about it, leave the room while your friends are smoking, give it a few minutes to clear the smoke out and then go chill with them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO it cannot!. I was on federal probation for three years, You could stand downwind from a cloud of marijuana smoke and it will not cause you to have a positive drug test!. Can you get a buzz, yes, but you won't get a positive drug test on a UA!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
