Answers:
Vitamins A, D, E, and K are not soluble in water!. They are soluble in fat and are stored in fat cells!. The other vitamins are water soluble!. You can take a few of those vitamins at once, and your body will wash out the water soluble vitamins without too much trouble!.

But if you take an overdose of the four fat-soluble vitamins, those don't get flushed out!. They stay!. And then if you take more of the pills the next day, and the next, and the next, you only add more excess to what's already there!. Eventually, enough builds up and becomes toxic!.

Your friend is playing with fire!. It's up to you whether or not to rat him out to his parents, or maybe to yours!. But his parents do need to know before he makes himself sick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The brand, Flintstones, doesn't make any difference!. The problem that can occur when lots of vitamis are taken is that fat soluble vitamins (A, B, D) are retained in the system and can become very toxic to the liver!. Water soluble vitamins (C) are just excreted out in the urine!. How much did the person take!? Your friend could end up with the very serious problems if s/he is not careful and taking vitamins as prescribed, that is, 2 a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

!. High doses of antioxidants in pill form can actually fuel disease by not allowing our bodies to build up their own resistance to free radical damage essentially quashing our internal defensesWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can get an overdose of vitamin A and possibly die!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
