Question: What can i do!? The pain is horrific!?

Since i was born i have had a lump on the lower shin of my left leg!. 4 years ago i had a operation on it and they said it should be better now but it just made it worse!. I dont know what is wrong!. They couldnt remove it cause it has a nerve going over it but i told my dad to just remove it i would rather not feel anything than feel the pain!. When i stand up for a period of time it starts to hurt!. They said its cause the blood is rushing down it so i have to keep it up when im sitting!. Is there any website i could get more information!? and is it a popular thing or is it just me!. :(
