Answers:
You could do what we Brits do and drink 3 or 4 8oz mugs per day, hope it desensitizes you (it's probably a food allergy) and just blame the migrain on the kids!.

Or you could try other completely different blends of black tea!. OMG you may even have to try green tea (phtoooh, ack spit)!.

Does it happen with other caffienated drinks like coffee or coke etc!?

If your body keeps complaining your're just going to have to lay off that stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you were already used to drinking caffeine--such as coffee--the headaches may be a withdrawal from not drinking enough!. If you are trying to switch from coffee to tea, you may need to drink more, not less!.

In my personal experience, green and black tea on an empty stomach can cause nausea and headaches!. This I think is probably why the English take their tea with a little milk and usually also with food!. If I'm going with tea over coffee for my morning start, I always eat lightly first (a little yogurt and muesli) to keep from getting sick!. Later in the day it doesn't seem to affect me!.

It is possible you may have an allergy or intolerance!. I'd try food or milk first though before abandoning tea altogether!. You might also want to try green or white tea to see if that is more mild for you!.
