Question: What are some non-medicinal ways!?
for battling insomnia!? I do exercise, I do meditate, I don't eat anything before going to bed, my bed is big and comfy, WTH is my problem and what can I do about it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to develop a routine for the evenings!. Do the same thing in the same order at the same time every night before bed!.

Also, look into some of the various natural insomnia remedies!.
