This used to happen to me a lot too, especially when I let my bedroom get a little cold during the night!. I found out that I was low on Potassium, and that was what was causing the charlie horses!. There were several occasions where I woke up in the middle of the night with pain that brought me to tears!. Nothing could make it stop, it basically had to just go away on it's own!. If you up your intake of Potassium rich foods i!.e!. bananas it should help!. Good luck, I know what you're experiencing and hope you've had your last!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to do better cool down exercises!. Its better to work your self down then to stop all of a sudden!. Also, make sure you have plenty of fluids!. Muscle cramping can be caused due to lack of hydration!. Lastly, make sure to take a warm bath or get into a steam room to help your muscle constrict a little better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
