People are usually ignorant when it comes to questions like these!. Always attributing it to a problem!. Ipecac is the most dangerous way to induce vomiting, affects the heart and who knows if you are allergic or not!. You take any finger that feels comfortable, and push it to as far back in the mouth as you can, then press down on your tongue, while pressing down on the back of your tongue rub it all together!. Doing this once isn't going to kill you, doing it 5 times isn't going to kill you!. People are truly ignorant about these kinda things, similar to how some fools treat HIV, spit, sweat, and touch wont get you infected, Just like throwing up wont give you bulimia!. Regarding the other answers, they are correct, although sticking your own finger down you throat can be too much for some people and ipecac may be hard to come by!. Look in the spice cupboard for mustard powder, it is a common household item and will do the trick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
