I was just messing around, jumping around etc then I fell straight on my back and heard a huge crack, ever since there's been a pain in my back!.

you may have cracked a rib!. I only think this because you say you can't sit lay or breath deep without pain!. I would either go to a chiropractor or a doctor and get checked out!. They would both be able to tell, and the chiropractor may help you more for just back pain than a General Doctor would!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your regular doctor is your best bet!. You need an x-ray to determine if you broke something!. Call your doctor's office today and ask for an urgent appointment!. If the doctor can't see you today, go to the emergency room or an urgent care center!. You need to be seen today!. Get this taken care of!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
