Question: At my job, i have to carry packs of 12 X 4 foot, 1/2 inch drywall by myself!?

I have been doing this for 2 summers, and have been running with them in my hand!. Is this bad for me!? Or will i be fine later in life!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
