Why am I so dizzy today?!


Question: Why am I so dizzy today!?
I was fine all day yesterday but I've been feeling dizzy since this morning!. For example, I'll be sitting somewhere doing something, then all of a sudden when I stand up I get dizzy!. And I think I do eat properly so I'm not sure what the problem is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, that has a lot to do with it!.
I black out when I stand up, and I get headaches and migraines all the time!.
You should see a doctor and suggest they test for anemia
it's a possibility
otherwise, you may need a mri or a cat scan

It could be the fact that you just finish your menstruation!. I get that!.
Just as well as it could be something else!. Drink lots of water!. If the problem persist then you should go see you physician!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if u get up fast then u can get dizzy!. but u could be dehydrated so just drink some water!. i was realy dizzy yesterday and i drank water and it helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Get your blood pressure checked!. High and low blood pressure can cause dizziness!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to the doctor!. Make sure you drink plenty of water on the way there!.
