How do I remove sticky adhesive from my chest?!

Question: How do I remove sticky adhesive from my chest!?

I've had a holter test, stress test, and EKG over a two day period!. Now, my chest has adhesive from the tape and electrodes all over it, and no matter how much I scrub & pick, it's not coming off!!

What is the best way to remove the adhesive from my skin!?!?
