Going to gym while on disability (insurance)?!

Question: Going to gym while on disability (insurance)!?
I has spine surgery a few months ago and have since stopped working while I stay home recovering!.!.!.the surgery has not resolved my pain and I have gained weight since I am home everyday!. I have applied for disability beause of my severe back pain!. I have multiple herniations in my cervical and lumbar spine, along with advanced degenerative disk disease that started when I was about 16 -- I am now 31 and in severe pain everyday, to the point where I struggle to get out of bed most days!. I would like to go to the gym to lose some weight by doing aerobic excercise!. Will attending the gym have negative effects on my disability application!? Many have told me it is not a good idea if a disability investigator were to see me working out at the gym -- is this true!? Is it illegal by law or by their standards to work out at the gym!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont understand how if you can barely get out of bed most days you would be able to do aerobic excersizes at the gym!? If anyone found out about this you could lose the diability insurance, but ultimately the desicion is up to you, you may want to buy a work out tape and do work outs at home because this is a lot less risky and you wouldnt have to worry about anything with the disability!.!.!.!.just please make sure that the work outs are safe for your condition!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you run the risk of never collecting disability!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
the do investigate and clearly the would argue that if you are well enough to go to the gym, you are well enough to work!.!.!.!.!.
in addition, it sounds that you run the risk of inducing further harm to your body!.!.!.!.!.if you want to loose weight, suggest that diet and simply walking be your routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No it isn't illegal, however if you are able to go to a gym to work out, then you can go to work!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
