I watched Oprah yesterday w/ Dr!. Oz and a health quiz (I don't know if it was a re-run or not)!. Anywho- Dr!. Oz says we should have sex 200 times per year which equates to roughly 3!.8 times per week!.!.!.
Are you meeting the quota or do you think it's absurd!? How often do you do it!? Or recommend doing it!?

Well, it depends on whether or not Dr!. Oz means sex with a partner!. If we're talking about self love, then I'm on track!. If we're talking about my husband, then no!. We have sex maybe 6 times a year!. It's depressing!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

well my husband and I do it at least 4 times per week!.!. But is that to much!?!? i don't know (but i enjoy it a lot) it takes away the stress for me)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Me and my husband on average maybe 3-4 times a week, so I would say that's about right what dr!. Oz says!. But right now we are trying for a second child so we do it everydayWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think I may be close! haha!. I see my FWB about once a week, and we usually do it 2-3 times at once!. I think it may be absurd and not realistic for some people, i!.e!. the singles, and the working couples who have children!.
