Well, caffeine would do the trick but it might interfere with some of those medication, so I'd check with the doc!. Also try fruit, they have quickly metabolized sugars and b12 supplements!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its the allergy meds there your taking , why don't you try allergeria (generic) it doesn't make me drowsy, or the combo of zantac and those allergy pills!. Do you need it twice a day!? I know this, if a pill is getting to you I'd speak with your doc and experiment with less dosage with his permission!. I had to try 11 different b/p meds before I found a doc who finallly treated my symptoms instead of just throwing b/p meds at me!. That worked!. So if your doc does not want to take interest then find another is my advice!. Your not dumb, you know your bodies tolerance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's the atarax that is making you sleepy!. Try cutting it in half or take every 8 hours instead of 6!. It is for itching!.!.!.ask your doctor before altering your medication!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could be anemic(lo iron in your blood) , you should get your doctor to give you a blood test to check this first and take things from there, but are you getting enough and rest aswell xWww@Answer-Health@Com
