Question: How Can I Get To Sleep Sooner Tonight!?
well school starts tomorrow first day at jr!.high! and i have to get up at 6 am and i usually got to bed at 11:30 or so
so what can i do so i can go to bed at around 10:00
so i wont be as sleepy tomorrow morning

You should go to the grocery store and pick up some Sleepy Time Tea!. It's very soothing and it gets me to sleep every time!. It will also help you throughout the rest of the week to get back on your sleeping schedule!.
