School starts Monday, how do I get back on a normal sleeping schedule?!

Question: School starts Monday, how do I get back on a normal sleeping schedule!?
I've always had trouble getting on a normal sleeping schedule, but it's never been an issue because I've always had straight A's and always way ahead in my schoolwork and I'm able to sleep in class!. Now I'll be in eighth grade and I'm sure I'll need to be awake this year!. I've been going to sleep around 4am and waking up at 2pm!. It's 3am now, and I went to bed at 9 and woke up but could not fall back asleep!. I've tried Tylenol PM before and it didn't do anything!. I've tried the hot shower/bath, didn't do anything either!. What can I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem when I was in School and when I am travelling overseas!. I have bad jetlag!. The best solution is to stay awake for a long time no naps no sleep for like 20 hours!. So I suggest waking up really early in the morning and staying up late until like 10-11pm!. Your body needs 8-9 hours of sleep to recover so you will wake up at 6 or 7!. After about 3 or 4 days of this your body clock will adjust!. Dont take pills or showers!. Water will wake you up!. You need to stay up and go to sleep late and you will automatically get up!. This works for jetlag!. Stay awake on the flight and go to sleep in the new country at a normal time and the jetlag won't affect you!. I've been doing this for 10 years and it works like a charm!.
