Sounds like a blood blister!.
There's not much you can do about it, but it should heal pretty quickly as the skin wasn't broken!. Just rest it and don't move your finger more than necessary!. Ice should help the swelling and throbbing pains!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well!.!.!.this may not sound pleasant, but i usually wait until it isn't too sore and i kinda poke it so that the blood that is stuck under the skin will come out!. it's just a blood blister pretty much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
put some anti-bacteria on it just in case any of the skin is broken!. Then just leave it, it is the same thing as a bruiseWww@Answer-Health@Com
