It's possible, one time i woke up crying from a sad dream, well it wasn't that sad but it was to the mini me in my dream and i just started to cry!. Um!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.other than that, if you cannot think of anything that would make you cry in your sleep, like stress, then maybe your were havin eye boogies and sometime that makes eyes wet, but no like steaming tears!. So yes you can cry in your sleep, and not nessesarly know itWww@Answer-Health@Com
