Ok heres how it goes im 13 and my girlfriend had sex at 14 my 2 ex-step sisters had sex at 14 my other friend had sex at 13 my ex-step mother had sex at 12!. im just wondering what age is it ok to have sex what age do you think will be approprate dont tell me to wait until im married cuz im not catholic or christian or anything so im just wondering cuz when i was 12 this boy i like serious bugged me 24/7 to let him get some but i just ignored him!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

So after reading most of the other responses, i would have to agree!. At 13~14 it is young although to you it might not seem like it!. Like when i was your age it didn't seem like it, but i didn't even like guys at that time so i didn't really care, but now I'm 17 almost 18 and just the thought of people that young having sex is well!.!.!.disappointing, like all the girls i knew who got pregnant in middle school!. After that everyone just called them sluts!. Another thing is middle school relationships hardly last very long even high school relationships don't last very long!. Guys will respect you more, and will want to be with you more, if you are a virgin!. If not a virgin, then keep your number of partners to no more than 1-2!. Be really picky about who you are with!. Hi there, the "right time" is different for everybody!. My husband and I waited until we were married and in my case, I wouldnt have had it any other way!. Sex is meant to be intimate and something that people that are in love share!. My advice is just wait until youre SURE its right and someone you could see yourself marrying!.!.!.not someone that may hurt you!.!.!.or leave you if an accident happened i!.e!. pregnancy!. Sex is one of the biggest steps you will ever take!. Dont do anything you even think you may regret later!. It doesnt matter who is doing what around you!. You will be the only one that will have to loose sleep and deal with it should you regret anything!. Make sure you can trust the person!.!.!.!.!.!.But although you dont want to hear this, marriage is the best bet!. I know you don't want us to tell you to wait until marraige due to religious reasons, but religious reasons aren't the only reason to wait that long!. I'm not religious in the slightest bit, but I believe in waiting until marraige, or at least until I'm in my 20s and I am with someone I truly love!. As a teenager, I know that many times it feels like you may be "in love" but truthfully it is HIGHLY unlikely that you are in love at such a young age!. Sex is more than physical!. I think 13 years old is a little too young!. I had sex for my first time at 14 and I think that was a little too early but don't get me wrong I defintely enjoyed it and wouldn't regret it for a minute because it was with the most special person in my life this far into my years!. At the same I think you should have sex when you are ready but I think you are a little to young to be having it right now and I definetly wouldn't sweat it!. I read a survey on this awhile back and the average age was 16 which because teenagers usually lie, I would say it is probably 15 and a half!. Sex is a completely personal decision!. Don't do it because your friends are doing it or someone is pressuring you!. And for that matter, don't NOT do it because someone is pressuring you not to!. Do it when and where you feel comfortable, and with someone you feel comfortable doing it with!.
